  • Eliminate unwanted symptoms (e.g. bloating, gas, fatigue, brain fog, etc.)
  • Lose weight (if needed) The real goal is to live a healthy life.
  • Incorporate foods that will help decrease your risk of disease and illness 
  • Make healthy lifestyle changes that will benefit you for the rest of your life 


As a health coach, I offer: 

  • Daily support and feedback on meals and foods
  • Weekly check-ins via a 10-minute phone call or an email
  • Weekly meal plan and grocery list 
  • Accountability to help you reach your goals
